PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The maximized transparency increases the possibility of access to daylight and external views, necessary for our internal clock regulation and well-being.
Thanks to its intermediate solar factor combined to the excellent insulating performance, ECLAZ® ZEN (II) offers the best compromise between summer and winter comfort for double glazed standard size windows in intermediate climate zones.
In triple glazed windows, it combines best insulation performance with first level of summer comfort function.

ECLAZ® ZEN (II): For very high-performance double and triple-glazed windows with first level of summer comfort in mild and cold climate, suitable for renovation and new buildings.
- Unique product with Ug of 1.0 W/m²K in double glazing on the market offering such a high light transmission (80%) and neutral aesthetics, with a limited mirror effect
- Combination of maximum of daylight and only half the heat in the summer for ideal indoor comfort of occupants during the whole year
- Period of indoor overheating decreased by one third with double-glazed windows and by half with triple glazed windows, while keeping the heating demand of the building equivalent to a standard low-e product*.

ECLAZ® ZEN (II) is also available in some European countries on ORAÉ® low-carbon glass, to combine performance and sustainability and provide the best of both embodied and operational carbon levels.
This product is covered by a verified Environmental Product Declaration (EPD) and is cradle to cradle bronze certified.
APPEARANCE
ECLAZ® ZEN (II) is the most transparent glass on the market in the category of products with Ug 1.0 W/m²K. It offers color neutrality in transmission and in reflection, while preserving colors of surroundings seen through the glazing.

ECLAZ® ZEN (II) is available on demand in more tailor-made size (split length), thicknesses, on laminated glass, and on extra-clear DIAMANT® glass or for production or design optimization.
PROCESSING
ECLAZ® ZEN (II) can be processed as a standard low-e coating. For more technical information, please refer to ECLAZ®ZEN (II) processing guidelines documents.
ECLAZ® ZEN (II) exists in laminated version to offer safety (STADIP® PROTECT) or sound insulation (STADIP® SILENCE), and even in light configurations where carbon footprint is minimized and handling is easier. They can be also combined with easy maintenance and design functions.
- ANNEALED: The product is available in Annealed version.
- HEAT-TREATMENT: The product is available in To-be-tempered version (with suffix II)
- INSULATED GLAZING UNIT: The product must be assembled into an insulated glazing unit (IGU); The coating must be positioned inside the IGU.
- LAMINATION: The product can be laminated, taking care to place the coating outside of the laminate (coating on face 4 of the laminated pane).
- BENDING: The to-be-tempered version of the product (II) can be bent. Bending results depend on the process/technology used; trials should be done for validation
- Annealed and the to-be-tempered versions of the product offer similar performances and aesthetic with a good compatibility in outdoor reflection. Contact us for more details.
