PROCESSING
- ANNEALED: The product is available in Annealed version.
- HEAT-TREATMENT: The product is available in To-be-tempered version (with suffix II); It is delivered in standard with EASYPRO® temporary surface protection. To achieve its performance and aesthetics, the product must be tempered. It is compatible with Heat Soak Test.
- EDGE DELETION: Edge deletion of the coating is compulsory prior to assembling.
- INSULATED GLAZING UNIT: The product must be assembled into an insulated glazing unit (IGU); The coating must be positioned on the face 2 (inside the IGU).
- LAMINATION: The product can be laminated, taking care to place the coating outside of the laminate (coating on face 4 of the laminated pane).
- BENDING: The to-be-tempered version of the product (II) can be bent. Bending results depend on the process/technology used; trials should be done for validation.
- ENAMELING: No common approval for the enameling of silver-based high-performance coatings.
