The project features an innovative open-ended rectangle design, which combines a planted courtyard with more than 70,000 m2 of flexible floor space. The stunning 120-meter-high tower is fully glazed with our highly transparent COOL-LITE®️ XTREME 70/33 II and COOL-LITE® SKN 176 II solar control glass, ensuring both energy efficiency and access to natural light.
