COOL-LITE® SKN 176 & 176 II
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
BENEFITS & APPLICATIONS
It is proven that we spend most of our time indoors, but that does not mean that we want to cut ourselves off from the view and natural light, especially if it is for a wrong reason such as avoiding discomfort due to too high temperature. COOL-LITE® SKN 176 (II) helps to strike the right balance for an optimal comfort and some energy savings on cooling or lighting.
• Transparency, which allows optimal use of natural daylight due to a high level of transmitted light.
• Solar gain control, with 63 % of solar energy radiation do not enter the building and are rejected, thus helping to reduces cooling loads and cost to run the air conditioning.
• Aesthetic with neutral colour tint and a subtle level of reflection.
COOL-LITE® SKN 176 (II) is ideal for all types of facades in commercial and residential buildings, where high daylight income is requested, with no compromise on performances.
COOL-LITE® SKN 176 (II) is also available on ORAÉ® low-carbon glass, to combine performance and sustainability and provide the best of both embodied and operational carbon levels.
This product is covered by a verified Environmental Product Declaration (EPD) and is Cradle to Cradle Certified® V4.0 Bronze.
