PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
This new generation of triple silver coating is characterized by an improved neutral appearance, regardless of the viewing angle, lowered reflection, and outstanding performances for annealed and “to-be-tempered” glass.

COOL-LITE® XTREME 61/29 & XTREME 61/29 II are ideal for facades in commercial and residential buildings where high solar protection is needed, with no compromise on performances. With a neutral appearance, lowered reflection and consistent colour they are perfectly suited for fully glazed facades where energy efficiency and outstanding aesthetic are required, for example:

Its middle/high light transmission together with the low solar factor makes it the ideal product to create light spaces while avoiding traditional shading systems and provides all year long natural lighting and energy saving. The combination of low reflection and neutral aspect makes it the ideal product for modern architecture, with large glass panes, also in hot climate. It may avoid the use of shading systems and shutters and thus can be used in renovation of historic building.
COOL-LITE® XTREME 61/29 (II) is also available on ORAÉ® low-carbon glass, to combine performance and sustainability and provide the best of both embodied and operational carbon levels.
This product is covered by a verified Environmental Product Declaration (EPD) and is Cradle to Cradle Certified® V4.0 Bronze.

PROCESSING
- ANNEALED: The product is available in Annealed version.
- HEAT-TREATMENT: The product is available in To-be-tempered version (with suffix II); It is delivered in standard with EASYPRO® temporary surface protection. To achieve its performance and aesthetics, the product must be tempered. It is compatible with Heat Soak Test.
- EDGE DELETION: Edge deletion of the coating is compulsory prior to assembling.
- INSULATED GLAZING UNIT: The product must be assembled into an insulated glazing unit (IGU); The coating must be positioned on the face 2 (inside the IGU).
- LAMINATION: The product can be laminated, taking care to place the coating outside of the laminate (coating on face 4 of the laminated pane).
- BENDING: The to-be-tempered version of the product (II) can be bent. Bending results depend on the process/technology used; trials should be done for validation.
- ENAMELING: No common approval for the enameling of silver-based high-performance coatings.
