The building's facades feature curtain walls that incorporate our glass COOL-LITE® XTREME 70/33 II. These panes have a triple silver solar control coating on PLANICLEAR® glass with outstanding selectivity, to balance access to natural light with enhanced energy efficiency.
Tandem Offices has proudly achieved the BREEAM "Outstanding" certification, a testament to its resolute commitment to sustainable practices. The project has also chosen 10 high quality materials from Saint-Gobain, including Rigips® gypsum plasterboards, Isover AKUSTO glasswool and Isover stonewool, along with AdvantageTM demountable ceilings from @Saint-Gobain Ecophon AB.
