The project's focus on enhancing energy efficiency and occupants' productivity earned numerous real estate awards and has been recognized for its commitment to sustainability by proudly holding the WELL “Platinum” certification and BREEAM “Excellent” level.
The glass facade features our solar control glass, COOL-LITE® XTREME 70/33 II, which helps the building maintain a pleasant indoor atmosphere. This glass ensures thermal comfort even during cold weather or intense sunlight, significantly reducing the building's energy consumption and exemplifying its remarkably high energy efficiency.
