PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

EKO® PRO represents the latest innovation in energy-efficient glass technology, designed specifically for use as a single glazing for cover lids of horizontal freezers or ice cream cabinets. It is made of a clear float glass, featuring a thin transparent heat-reflective coating deposited through our proprietary high-end technology.

EKO^® PRO consists of a clear glass on which a virtually invisible coating is applied.

TECHNICAL INFORMATION

RANGE

Available in 4 mm thickness on clear glass with standard dimensions of 6000 x 3210 mm.
Custom sizes and thicknesses are available upon request, catering to diverse project needs and specifications.

PROCESSING

After cutting and edge working, EKO® PRO requires tempering to achieve its nominal performance levels. It can be screen printed with a selection of validated enamels. It is also possible to bend it with precise geometric possibilities depending on furnace type.
The coating must face up during the processing to ensure desired results.
Though not necessary, the assembly in Insulated Glass Units is feasible after edge deletion of the coating, providing further versatility in application.
