COOL-LITE® KN 177 II, is a to-be-tempered product, offering high light transmission and neutral aesthetic, combined with a reinforced thermal insulation, a unique performance for single silver coatings.

Due to its high light transmission and reinforced thermal insulation performances, COOL-LITE® KN 177 II SYMPHONY provides the possibility to design buildings with exceptional views and light-filled interiors without compromising on thermal comfort.
- Daylight and colors fidelity: high light transmission and neutral aesthetic both from outside and in transmission for spectacular views and harmony of the spaces.
- Thermal comfort: it brings solar protection at all times as well as reinforced thermal insulation. Heating and air-conditioning systems can be reduced to a minimum.
COOL-LITE® KN 177 II SYMPHONY adapts to the most diverse and daring projects, offering enhanced comfort to every space.Thanks to its high level of light transmission, this glass is suitable for all kinds of projects, it creates bright interiors even in shaded areas. This is therefore an ideal option for non-residential buildings (offices, airports, gyms, stores or showrooms, façades, skylights, etc.) and for premium residential constructions.

PROCESSING
- HEAT-TREATMENT: The product is a to-be-tempered product; It is delivered in standard with EASYPRO® temporary surface protection. To achieve its performance and aesthetics, the product must be tempered. It is compatible with Heat Soak Test.
- EDGE DELETION: Edge deletion of the coating is compulsory prior to assembling.
- INSULATED GLAZING UNIT: The product must be assembled into an insulated glazing unit (IGU); The coating must be positioned on the face 2 (inside the IGU).
- LAMINATION: The product can be laminated, taking care to place the coating outside of the laminate (coating on face 4 of the laminated pane). Consult us for the list of coating validated in contact with the interlayer.
- BENDING: Can be bent. Bending results depend on the process/technology used; trials should be done for validation.
- ENAMELING: No common approval for the enameling of silver-based high-performance coatings.
