Situated in the vibrant Wynwood Arts District of Miami, the Gateway at Wynwood is a striking 12-storey Class A commercial building that revitalises its urban block with bold architecture and extensive glazing. Its façade features floor-to-ceiling windows and dynamic material detailing that engage both the street level and the skyline beyond.
The project incorporates COOL-LITE® XTREME 50/22 II and PARSOL® glass from Saint-Gobain Glass. COOL-LITE® XTREME 50/22 II is a high-selectivity solar control glazing with a visible light transmission of approximately 47 % and a solar factor around 0.21 (in standard IGU) — offering a strong balance between daylight admission and solar heat control.
PARSOL® is a body-tinted float glass available in several colours (green, bronze, grey, sapphire blue) used for aesthetic façades and architectural applications requiring refined appearance and basic solar control. By using these glazing solutions, the Gateway at Wynwood achieves a façade that merges clarity, performance and visual coherence — ensuring generous natural light while managing solar ingress and supporting an elevated occupant environment.
