The Oficinas Entegra is a landmark low-carbon office building that integrates abundant greenery while promoting sustainable mobility and user comfort. Located on a chamfered corner in Barcelona’s tech district, its design reflects the distinctive geometry of the Cerdà grid. The building features a welcoming, open-plan ground floor that connects seamlessly with the block’s public spaces, topped by eight floors of modern office areas.
The façade incorporates two advanced glazing solutions from the COOL-LITE® XTREME range, offering outstanding selectivity to ensure abundant daylight, excellent solar control, and year-round thermal comfort. With light transmission of up to 70% while blocking 67% of solar heat, this glazing reduces reliance on artificial lighting and air conditioning, significantly improving the building’s energy performance.
Beyond performance, the glass’s neutral aesthetics complement the contemporary architectural language of the Oficinas Entegra, making it a benchmark for sustainable office design in Barcelona.
