Its three interlinked office towers are organized around large atria that bring in natural light and foster openness throughout the building.
The project features COOL-LITE® SKN 154 (II) and COOL-LITE® ST 120, two solar control glasses from Saint-Gobain Glass.
COOL-LITE® SKN 154 (II) provides a neutral appearance with high light transmission (52%) and strong solar protection (solar factor 0.28), while COOL-LITE® ST 120 offers enhanced shading for façades with higher sun exposure.
By combining transparency, visual comfort, and efficient solar control, Discovery Place achieves a refined architectural expression and a pleasant indoor atmosphere adapted to Johannesburg’s climate.
