At its core, the building features high-performance curtain walls equipped with Saint-Gobain’s COOL-LITE® XTREME 70/33 glass. Offering 70% light transmission while blocking two-thirds of solar heat, this advanced glazing strikes the perfect balance between natural daylight and solar control. The result is a bright, comfortable interior that reduces the need for artificial lighting while enhancing thermal efficiency year-round, a major asset for achieving LEED certification.
Beyond energy performance, the façade concept supports the building’s “Open Landscape” philosophy, creating a sense of transparency and connection between the interior and the surrounding cityscape.
