MIRALITE® STADIP® is classified as 1B1 (for MIRALITE® STADIP® DUO 44.2) and 2B2 (for MIRALITE® STADIP® MONO 44.2 & 33.2 and MIRALITE® STADIP® DUO 44.1 & 33.2) according to standard EN 12600.
Ideal for a variety of applications, this range offers:
- Higher safety standards: MIRALITE® STADIP® offers the highest level of safety thanks to the use of laminated safety glass, ideal for high-traffic areas where injury protection is crucial.
- Versatility in design: With two versions available, whether with mirror on both sides or only on one, MIRALITE® STADIP® provides optimal solutions for various applications. This flexibility caters to diverse needs in environments such as schools, retail outlets, sports facilities, elevators, and sensitive areas like bathroom cabinets.
It is Cradle-to-Cradle Certified® V4.0 at Bronze level on the latest version of the standard across all five C2C categories.

TECHNICAL INFORMATION
RANGE
The MIRALITE® STADIP® range comprises laminated safety glass, with two versions:
- MIRALITE® STADIP® MONO: consists of a mirror (glass) and a float glass pane, which are connected to a PVB film to form an inseparable unit. This composition is suitable for a variety of applications in residential and commercial spaces where only the mirror side should be visible. In the event of breakage, the shards and splinters simply adhere to the PVB film until the affected pane can be replaced.
- MIRALITE® STADIP® DUO: in contrast, this version consists of 2 mirror glasses whose backs are laminated to each other. If the glass breaks, the fragments and splinters stick to the connecting PolyVinyl Butyral film and thus ensure a high level of protection from injuries. This makes it particularly suitable for all applications where both sides of the mirror need to be shown to advantage - for example, in shopfitting, elevators, or sports facilities.

PROCESSING
MIRALITE® STADIP® glasses are cut and shaped similarly to laminated glass of the same composition. It can be customised through processes such as sandblasting or screen-printing to add decorative patterns or logos on the glass surfaces.
INSTALLATION
MIRALITE® STADIP® is suitable for indoor installation only and must adhere to current safety regulations and standards. It can be installed similarly to laminated glass of the same thickness, allowing for alternating installation with glass and mirrored partitions using the same system.
