The product of ongoing innovation at Saint-Gobain Glass, MIRALITE® PURE combines superior quality with more sustainable manufacturing practices (no lead added and minimal use of solvents). Its high-performance level, outstanding quality and durability contributes to a smooth processing, and easy installation. With higher opacity than the standard mirror, it perfectly fits in retro-lightened mirror.

MIRALITE® PURE combines superior quality with reduced health and environmental impacts thanks to its ultra-simple design and free of lead and solvent components. This innovation is the reflect of Saint-Gobain Glass commitment to offer more sustainable products and solutions to its customers.

BENEFITS & APPLICATIONS

MIRALITE^® PURE's properties enhance internal spaces (increased luminosity, conviviality, ambience complemented by original designs). Ideal for home use (bathrooms, hallways, etc.) and in professional settings such as offices, businesses, hotels, restaurants, sports halls. It can be customized in various shapes, framed or unframed, or used simply to line up a wall , (or) cover the door of a cupboard.

It is CE certified along with EN1036.

APPEARANCE

MIRALITE^® PURE features a unique aesthetic with its premium reflective surface, delivering a clear and distortion-free reflection.

With thickness ranging from 3mm to 6mm and available in PLF and DLF.

PROCESSING

MIRALITE^® PURE is suitable for cutting into geometric or non-geometric shapes of all types. It can be drilled and edgeworked. MIRALITE^®PURE can be customized with a logo on the face opposite to the coating (with a logo), or with a sandblasted or engraved design.

INSTALLATION

1.Fixing

List of glues & tapes, that have been favorably tested based on adhesion and compatibility performance using an internal testing procedure (March 2026).

SAINT-GOBAIN GLASS does not guarantee the chemistry and properties of adhesives or glues. In all cases, the installation must conform to the adhesive or glue *manufacturer guidelines. SAINT-GOBAIN GLASS recommends carrying out preliminary tests to validate the suitability of the adhesive or glue.

2.Maintenance

Harsh products must not be used (acid solutions, highly alkaline or very abrasive materials). Ensure there is no residue left around the edges from the cleaning products.

3.Safety

MIRALITE^® PURE must be installed in accordance with the current legislation in effect. Use of an anti-shatter MIRALITE^® EASYSAFE, or laminated MIRALITE^® STADIP contribute to achieve the required safety levels. Alternatively safety film can also be applied.

4.In all cases:

Regardless of how the mirror is attached, ensure the following:

Place the mirror on a supporting wall: stable clean and dry, clear of harmful chemicals and completely flat.
Provide sufficient space between the supporting wall and the mirror to ensure good ventilation (5 mm for mirrors smaller than 1 m tall; 10 mm for larger mirrors).
When installed side by side, leave space of 1 to 2 mm between the mirrors.
Avoid placing the mirror close to a heat source (light, heating, etc.).
