The façades feature COOL-LITE® SKN 176 high-performance glass, combining excellent solar control, high light transmission (70%), and a neutral aesthetic. This glazing ensures thermal comfort and energy efficiency while preserving bright, transparent interiors and clear views of Gdynia’s vibrant urban landscape.
