Grzybowska 43 is a 13-story building with an area of over 10,000 sq m. sq m located in the very center of Warsaw. Serviced offices and a conference center available to tenants are located on the first two floors of the building.
The other floors are occupied by the ibis Styles hotel with 220 rooms. There are over 100 parking spaces in the underground garage at the users' disposal. COOL-LITE® XTREME 60/28 II (phased out) glass with a selectivity of 2.18 was used on the facade, which transmits 60% of light with a solar energy transmittance coefficient of 0.28.
