Designed by Yashar Architects, it accommodates office spaces, retail areas, residential apartments, cultural institutions, and sports facilities, including a semi-Olympic swimming pool.
Strategically located near Sarona Gardens, the development enjoys excellent connectivity via public transport, cycle paths, and main roads, integrating seamlessly into Tel Aviv’s urban fabric.
The double-skin façade incorporates 107,000 m² of COOL-LITE® SKN 076 II and 100,000 m² of DIAMANT® extra-clear glass, sourced from Saint-Gobain Glass plants in Germany and Romania. COOL-LITE® SKN 076 II delivers outstanding solar control and thermal insulation, reducing energy demand while ensuring abundant natural light, perfectly suited to Tel Aviv’s hot, sunny climate. The DIAMANT® extra-clear glass enhances transparency and aesthetics, giving the towers a sleek, modern appearance.
