ECLAZ ONE

For very high performance double glazed windows.

  • 10 % additional thermal insulation in comparison to standard double glazed windows.
  • 10 % relative gain of natural light access versus best Ug 1.0 glazing product on the market.
  • Neutral aesthetic with a low external reflection.

Adapted for double or triple glazed windows in mild climate.

  • Relative solar factor gain of 10% compare to the best available triple glazing solution and relative solar factor gain of 10% compare to the best available double glazing.
  • Such unequalled solar gains and light transmission enable to reach the best energy efficiency for cold and mild climates.
  • Neutral aesthetic with a low external reflection.

ECLAZ et ECLAZ ONE are both available in 6 000 x 3 210 mm, with thickness of 4, 6, mm and standard laminated composition.

APPLICATIONS

ECLAZ ONE is the best insulative glass that is possible to make industrially. In double glazing, it can reach the value of Ug = 1,0 W/(m2.K) into a composition 4-16 argon-4 mm with 60% of solar gain and 80% of light transmission.
ECLAZ ONE is particularly well adapted for double glazing , for new building range.


ECLAZ is perfect for triple glazing, mainly in new construction, residential and non residential. It can reach the value Ug = 0,5 W/(m2.K) with the highest solar gain of the market (up to 60%). You can also use ECLAZ for double glazing with Ug = 1,1 W/(m2.K) into a composition of 4-16 argon-4 mm with 71% of solar gain.

PROCESSING

Processing guidelines for ECLAZ and ECLAZ One are the same as a standard low-e coating. For more technical information, please refer to ECLAZ processing guidelines documents.
 

PERFORMANCE

DGU values calculated with Clear Substrate  as inner pane. Average performance values of DGU (6+12+6 mm) with coating on surface #2, according to the standards ISO 9050 m1 /EN 6732 and to the standards NFRC 100.
